This climbing harness is specially designed for children . The full-body harness offers maximum safety and comfort while climbing , as well as during other outdoor activities such as hiking or mountaineering. The helmet provides reliable protection and is suitable for rocky terrain; according to the manufacturer, it can also be used for cycling.

Beginner-friendly via ferratas can generally be climbed with children. For example, the Boppard via ferrata . However, since the energy absorbers are manufactured according to a Europe-wide standard that stipulates a minimum weight of 40 kg for the climber, younger children in particular cannot simply set off with a normal via ferrata set for adults.
